At SVHS our mission is to change the world, one student at a time, through AI-supported personalized education.  Our catalog of courses includes math, health, programming, personal finance, Spanish, history, US government, chemistry, biology, economics, astronomy and is growing to cover additional topics.

Customer Support Subject Specialist (Education Expert)
We’re recruiting a part-time (school year) / full-time (summer) Customer Support Specialist to join our team of credentialed educators. This role supports students, families, and instructors across our courses, with an increased focus on upcoming Science releases.

Requirements

• Valid teaching credential (any subject area)

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Preferred

• English or Science credential
