With automation, we’ve structured our school to keep our costs low while maintaining the highest standards of academic excellence though innovation  and automation.

We do not hide fees or require long-term commitments. We provide clear, straightforward pricing with no hidden charges. Whether you’re taking a single course to catch up on credits, pursuing a full high school diploma, or representing a school looking to adopt our innovative curriculum, you’ll find our pricing simple to understand and our quality exceptional.

Supplemental Program Courses

Take individual courses to supplement your high school studies, catch up on credits, or get ahead. Perfect for summer school and credit recovery.

• $125 per course (5 credits/0.5 Carnegie Units).
• No registration fees.

Note: For avoidance of doubt, there are no registration fees, graduation or other fees for supplemental students–these are only for students in our high school diploma programs.

Online Tutoring

Homeschooling Students

Homeschooling students generally take courses with SVHS under the Supplemental Program where SVHS teachers provide grading and support and pay only the $125 per course fee.  

Full-Time & Adult Diploma Programs

Complete program for earning your high school diploma from SVHS.

• $250 one-time Registration Fee.
• $1,250 per semester Academic Coaching.
• $125 per course (up to 8 courses per semester for a maximum of $1,000).
• $1,000 one-time Graduation Fee.

Students are billed for the full semester upfront and can add additional courses (up to 8 courses per semester) through our course catalog.

Full 4-Year High School Diploma Costs

The price US students can expect to pay for a full 4-year high school education leading to a diploma are:

• $17,000 for a full 4-year private high school education.
• Averaged over the 4 year period at $4,250 per year.
• Includes Registration Fee, Graduation Fee and 8 semesters of Academic Coaching at $1,250 each.
• Includes 46 courses at $125 each for the required 230 academic credits.

International Dual Diploma Program

Earn both a US high school diploma and your local diploma simultaneously.

• $1,000 International Registration Fee (one-time).
• $1,250 per semester Academic Coaching.
• $125 per course enrollment.
• $1,000 Graduation Fee (one-time).

AlwaysOnline™ Curriculum Program

For schools adopting our curriculum with their own teachers:

• Volume pricing available upon request.
• Includes private-labeled Learning Management System.
• School-branded mobile apps for iOS and Android.

For schools using SVHS teachers:

• $125 per student per course.
• Includes complete grading and student support.
• Private-labeled Learning Management System included.
• School-branded mobile apps for iOS and Android.

For schools deploying their own teachers for grading:

Teacher Shortage Program

Fill gaps in your teaching staff with our fully-supported online courses:

• $125 per student per course.
• Grading and support by SVHS credentialed teachers.

Fees for Students Earning their High School Diploma from SVHS

These fees do not apply to supplemental students. Students who are enrolled in other schools and are taking SVHS courses to catch up or jump ahead on credits only pay the $125/course price.

Registration Fees

Our Registration Fee covers the initial onboarding process for diploma program students, including transcript review and credit evaluation. International students pay a higher registration fee due to the additional complexity of evaluating international transcripts, verifying English proficiency through TOEFL scores, and ensuring compliance with both US and international education requirements. This process often involves working with credential evaluation services and conducting detailed analyses of different educational systems to ensure proper academic placement.

Graduation Fees

The Graduation Fee covers the comprehensive review process required to certify a student for graduation with an SVHS high school diploma. This includes a thorough audit of all completed credits, verification that all graduation requirements have been met, final transcript preparation, and diploma issuance. Our team conducts detailed checks to ensure every aspect of the student’s academic record is accurate and complete, meeting both our accreditation standards and state requirements for high school graduation.

Academic Coaching

The Academic Coaching fee per semester provides students with academic support and guidance throughout their studies. This supervision includes check-ins with credentialed teachers who monitor progress, provide academic counseling, and help students stay on track toward graduation. Our teachers work closely with each student to develop personalized study plans, offer additional support when needed, and ensure compliance with attendance and academic progress requirements. This ongoing supervision is essential for student success in our diploma programs and helps maintain the high academic standards of our accredited institution.

Sales Tax

Courses and other products and services sold by SVHS are subject to sales tax in select states in accordance with the applicable laws of that state.

Pricing Changes & Updates

Silicon Valley High School reserves the right to update and alter its pricing. Any price changes will not affect currently enrolled students during their active enrollment semester.
